Custom Resin Mini Playset Case
❣️ This is a 100% handmade resin pocket display case with optional fixed furniture pieces, created and finished by me from start to finish.
❣️ Furniture placement will be arranged to match your preferences as closely as possible. However, some limitations may apply, as the height of the furniture must be considered when closing the case.
❣️ As this is a fully handmade item and not factory-produced, minor imperfections such as fingerprints or dust may occur. I always do my best to correct and minimize these during the finishing process.
❣️ Production time typically takes approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on my current workload and schedule.

Additional options:
• Furniture: +$3.50 per item
• Image insert: +$0.50 per image
• Additional custom elements: price varies (to be discussed)
How to Order
• To start your commission, please send an email to coocong.crafts@gmail.com with the following information:
your preferred pocket color, a rough sketch of the lid and interior layout, the item numbers of any furniture you would like to add, any additional custom elements (such as figures or small props), preferred furniture colors (random colors will be used if not specified), and any images to be inserted (if applicable).
• Once the quote is finalized, you can proceed with payment based on the agreed price.
Custom Order Policy
• All items are made to order and customized based on your request.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
• Refunds or replacements are only available in cases of damage during shipping or major defects.
• This policy applies specifically to custom-made items.
Quality Guarantee & Returns
- Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.
- Because the products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
