Custom SD Chibi Figure (Clay Commission)

❣️This is a fully handmade polymer clay figure, sculpted and finished from start to finish.

❣️This product is for a custom chibi-style figure with short limbs (SD proportion).
If you would like a different proportion or style, feel free to contact me before or after placing your order.

❣️ To ensure accurate customization, please provide clear character references such as front and back views, pose, facial expression, and any other important details. Rough sketches are also acceptable.

❣️ Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the character’s design.
Most sample images shown are made at the Standard complexity level.

❣️ A 5% additional fee applies for UV resin coating.

❣️ As this is a fully handmade item and not factory-produced, minor imperfections such as fingerprints or dust may occur. I always do my best to correct and minimize these during the finishing process.

❣️ Production time typically takes approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on my current workload and schedule.

How to Order

• To start your commission, please send an email to coocong.crafts@gmail.com with the following information:
  front and back views of your character, preferred size, and whether you would like UV resin coating (additional 5% fee).
  
• Optional add-ons such as keychain hardware or beaded keychains are also available for an additional fee.
• If you can provide a simplified design adjusted to fit the figure style, or include side views and other detailed references, it will help ensure a more accurate result.
• Once the quote is finalized, you can proceed with payment based on the agreed price.

Custom Order Policy

• All items are made to order and customized based on your request.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
• Refunds or replacements are only available in cases of damage during shipping or major defects.
• This policy applies specifically to custom-made items.
